Dashboard displaying no data

Primary Cause: Date formatting is no longer valid
Recommended Solution: Refresh fields in Data Studio.

Steps: 

  • Open the dashboard in Data Studio - Click on the Google Data Studio icon to open report
  • Swap from View to Edit mode - Click on the Edit button on the top right of the screen
  • Select Manage added data sources from the resources menu
  • Find the data source containing Project Name - Campaign/Placement - Blended, and select Edit.
  • In the edit data source view, select refresh fields - located on the bottom left of the screen
  • A pop-up will open which should automatically detect the date range formatting, select continue.
  • Close the manage data source view by selection Done
  • Finally refresh data to ensure changes have been successful.
