While Impressions have seen a 30% drop WoW we’ve kept clicks to site consistent
This comes from decreasing our Generic term bids, which were getting a lot of impressions but low click volume, and prioritising Location terms which saw lower impressions but higher CTR
From this, leads remain consistent WoW with 2 recorded at a $310 CPL
1 lead came from Location terms at a $138 CPL
Additionally Brand terms saw 1 Engaged Lead with a $2M+ budget converting to an appointment
Engagement Rate remains consistent at 50.24% with an Average Session of 31 seconds

Optimisations:

Seeing results from Location terms, we have retroactively pushed bids here to ensure we’re seeing a consistent volume of traffic from these terms

Social:

Leads continue to Improve slightly with 18 leads at a $134 CPL
17 of these leads came from the Lead Form campaign at a $72 CPL
The QLD audience continues to achieve results with 9 recorded at a $131 CPL. We’re also seeing strong quality here with 3 Nurture leads with a $3M+ budget. We also saw 4 Indisposed leads with 2 reporting a $3M+ budget
The NSW audience saw a slight improvement with 5 leads recorded, however all leads were Indisposed
Additionally we saw 4 Lookalike leads, 3 of which were Indisposed
The Carport creative continues to perform with 13 leads at a $93 CPL
However we also saw the new Dual Complex creative achieve 4 leads at a $48 CPL

Optimisations:

After noting that the new website changes could have caused a lead volume drop, we have actioned a creative refresh and redirected any prospecting audiences towards the ROI website and any Remarketing audiences toward the Full website
Additionally following this, the budget upweight has been actioned
