**Removing the anomalies, overall leads remained fairly consistent, going from 31 to 29 this week. While we saw a slight drop on search and social, portal leads nearly doubled. CPL dropped by 20%, due to no print in market this week. **
On top of these, we also saw 8 leads on the website, not directly attributed to our paid activity, this is consistent from last week.
Social
- Leads went from 19 to 13 this week.
- As mentioned last week, we were expecting to see a drop in leads from tightening our targeting with the hope to see a higher quality from these.
- As a result, CPL went from $75 to $110 this week - which is still strong for website campaigns, where we typically see this figure closer to $200-$300.
- Looking at targeting, we saw the lookalikes performing best, with 6 leads at a very strong $45 CPL!
- This compares to 5 leads at a $155 CPL for the HNW Waterloo audience, and 2 leads at a $110 CPL for retargeting.
- We've made some budget adjustments accordingly.
- Comparing asset type, we saw the opposite trend from last week, with standard assets performing best, sitting at a $90 CPL with 10 leads.
- This compares to 3 leads at a $170 CPL for stories - we will keep an eye and might pause story if this continues.
- Looking at creatives, the new framed streetscape asset, introduced on May 21st, performed best this week, with 3 leads at a $50 CPL.
- The Park asset has performed at the highest CPL of $150, with 2 leads - we've paused this asset and replaced it by another Park variation (framed).

- This week's spend and traffic decreased by 15%, off the back of us dropping bids after slightly over pacing last week.
- Leads went from 5 to 3 this week.
- Notably, surrounding suburbs leads remained fairly consistent with 3 (4 last week).
- Generic terms, which received 1 lead last week, did not convert.
- Positively though, traffic from brand remained fairly consistent, showing there has been the same level of interest for Danks St.

- Page views increased slightly, by 15%.
- Domain achieved 3 leads, which is consistent from last week.
