**Overall leads decreased from 56 to 40 this week. While Social saw an improvement, Google and Portals leads saw a bigger drop. **
On top of these, we also saw 26 leads on the website, not directly attributed to our paid activity, compared to 34 last week.
Social
- Leads continued to improve this week, going from 25 to 31.
- This is at a strong $90 CPL, down from $115 last week and $130 the week before.
- The Golf campaign remained the top performer with 19 leads at a $70 CPL, improving from $100 CPL last week.
- We've continued to push spend here again this week.
- The BAU campaign delivered 12 leads at a consistent $125 CPL.
- Interestingly, within BAU, the retargeting audience received the best results this week, with 3 leads at a $40 CPL - decreasing from a $145 CPL last week.
- Opposingly, the Sydney audience which typically performs at the strongest CPL, received one of the highest, sitting at $140 with 4 leads - we will keep an eye on this and make budget adjustments if this continues.
- In terms of creatives, the new Outdoor Kitchen render, performed best with 4 leads at a $75 CPL.
- This compares to 2 leads at a $200 CPL for the new Wine Cellar asset.
- Among videos, both Street and Interior assets performed at similar CPLs ($75), with 15 and 4 leads respectively.
Google
- Google Search spend and traffic saw a slight dip this week by 20% and 10% respectively.
- Similarly, after last week's spike in leads, we've seen it come back down to more usual levels - from 17 to 6.
- The reduction notably came from our strong spike in generic leads last week, with no conversions this period.
- Conversely, brand leads remain consistent with 6 this week (7 last period).
- We have also now added Demand Gen, which is new to the campaign.
- In its first week, last period, we saw 6 leads come from the product.
- Opposingly, 1 lead was achieved this latest week.
- This came from our Central Coast / Newcastle audience.
Portals
- REA Profile captured 2 leads, up from 0 last week, with page views actually dropping by 15%.
- No lead came from the Domain profile this week, compared to 8 last week and 2 the week before.
