Because of this, there may be discrepancies between our reported Paid Search leads and leads that have come through on your end. We will need the Web Dev to assist in fixing the issue with UTMs passing through.
Search:
- With activity starting Dec 20th, we saw 720 clicks on Paid Search activity during December 2024
- The majority of this result came from Brisbane terms, which contributed 453 clicks and achieved 4 leads come through at a $168 CPL
- However, we saw the strongest lead result from Brand terms with 6 recorded at a very cost-effective $10 CPL
- Overall we’ve recorded 13 leads at a $82 CPL
- These strong results have also continued into January 2025, seeing 10 leads at a $30 CPL
- Brisbane terms saw the most leads with 5 recorded at a $46 CPL, however Brand achieved its 4 leads at a consistent CPL of $13
Optimisations:
- As we continue to see results from Brisbane terms, we will maintain strong bids here while looking to reduce other Surrounding Suburb term spend
Social:
- Paid Social activity started Dec 20th, and saw 157 leads at a very cost effective CPL of $16 throughout December 2024
- The strongest results came from the Brisbane Property Intender audience, seeing 58 leads at a $12 CPL
- This is followed by the Lookalike audience with 30 leads at a $13 CPL
- Interstate audiences also see strong results, with 26 and 18 leads between Sydney and Melbourne audiences respectively
- The majority of leads came from the Garden creative, with 109 leads at a $16 CPL
- This is followed by the Exterior creative, with 47 leads
- The strong results continue into January 2025, seeing 93 leads so far at a $21 CPL
Optimisations:
- Once the website tracking issues have been fixed we will include a website traffic campaign for Paid Social, seeing a 50/50 split to start and optimising from there
- For creative, Meta is heavily optimising towards the Garden and Exterior creatives, with the Rooftop creative only seeing 1 lead since going live. If this continues we recommend swapping this creative out for another
- Can you confirm whether you are receiving the email leads from the Social lead form? Up to Jan 5th we have seen 250 leads, please confirm this matches on your end
