**Overall leads saw a slight decline, from 11 to 8. **
Notably, Social saw an improvement from Wednesday onwards (after our budget increase and campaign tweaks). But Search received no leads, after 5 last week.
On top of that we also saw 1 lead on the website, not directly attributed to our paid activity (0 last week).
Meta
- We increased spend by 40% this week, after our budget upweight.
- Leads encouragingly rose by similar proportions (33%), from 6 to 8.
- CPL sits consistently around $650.
- Notably, now pushing all spend to our HNW campaign (45+ targeting, showcasing the $2.5m pricepoint).
- This was actioned late on the 20th - and we saw all 8 leads come after this date, from this campaign.
- Lead form has continued to receive the best results, with 6 leads at a $590 CPL.
- This compares to 2 leads at a $860 CPL.
- Looking at targeting, Lookalikes delivered most leads (4) at the best $260 CPL.
- Our Hyper Local audience, which typically performs best, did not receive any leads this week (2 last week), after a $1.4k spend - we will keep an eye on this and make budget adjustments if this continues.
- In terms of creative, the most leads (5) comes from our previous Exterior (below).
- We also rotated in a new Exterior on May 20th (below), which has seen 2 leads. Both of these run at similar $550 CPL.
- We've seen less spend designated to our Carousel, achieving 1 lead. But it has done so at the best $215 CPL, which we will keep an eye on.
Search
- After a spike in leads last week, we haven't seen any conversion this week from search (which is more in line with previous results for the channel).
- Notably, we saw a 30% drop in traffic from location terms (mentioning Prahran), which received 3 leads last week.
- We saw more traffic coming from surrounding suburbs though, and more specifically from Toorak, Malvern, Armadale and Richmond.
- Brand traffic, from searches including 'The Osment' remained consistent WoW.
