While no leads were recorded in the last 3 days, however we saw Engagement Rate of users visiting from Paid Search activity increase by a flat 4%
Notably, we saw users visiting from Surrounding Suburb terms Engagement Rate increase by a flat 15%

Additionally, these ads generated 3 leads
2 leads are from Lead Form campaign, with the remaining lead coming from the Web Traffic campaign
Looking further, the Remarketing audience generated 2 leads, with Brisbane audience generating 1

In total Near has generated 224k impressions in total
Competitor Targeting performed best at a 1.05% CTR, with Geo Targeting performing at a 0.66%
Of the total reached audiences maximum were Female which drove CTR 1.05% and Males were 0.66%.
The 55+ age range delivered close to 34.05% of the impressions. whereas the younger age group has a better CTR performance of 1.00%
Engagement was at its peak during Evening hours and the top categories were Art and entertainment.

** Search Insights**

Brand terms managed the sole lead this week from keywords ‘299 bowen terrace’.
Overall traffic has yet again improved WoW by 50% off a 25% improvement in impressions. Therefore overall performance is doing well however leads are gradual when converting on site.

Search Optimisations

_We will hold strong with any CPC bids this week to clearly identify converting terms and then reallocate the budget accordingly. _

Social Insights:

The overall CPL sits well at $125 following an improvement of 7 leads to total 23 this week.
Although it is early in the campaign, we are seeing _strong _results consistently coming through via the Lead Form campaign clocking 21 of the total leads.
Notable audiences are the Brisbane Lookalikes and Property Intenders whom converted 14 leads collectively and boasts a low CPL of $37! Melbourne on the other hand dropped from 4 to 1 lead.
On a creative level, within the past week we saw the ‘Pool View Exquisite Headline’ copy emerge as the top performer converting 10 leads and a competitive CPL of $45.
After doing a creative analysis (please refer to tables shared over email) from the start of the campaign to date we have seen:
- Overall LF are driving the most leads whilst web conversions are very minimal, **we recommend shifting more budget over to Lead Form as we are seeing greater results here. **
- ‘Pool View Exquisite Headline’ has driven the highest leads.
- Across the website conversion campaign,’ Video 01 Sky Homes’ has an expensive CPL however is the one ad driving the most leads in that campaign. As the overall web conversion CPL is not too concerning we will keep a close on it.

Social Optimisations

Following the added copy of ‘Under Construction’, we will monitor results and look to rotate in a new ad with the pool static and different copy to test.
We will monitor interstate audiences and look to turn off whichever fails to perform.
As mentioned above, we recommend shifting more budget towards LF campaigns as we are seeing the highest volume in leads thus far.

Portal Insights:

REA continues to be a top performer with 5 leads coming from profile and a further 16 from Native Lead Form within the last week.
Looking at creative flights, the exterior image was the strong performer with 11 leads and CTR of 0.21%
Domain dropped to 1 lead this week and a higher than expected CPL of $311.

Other Digital

To date, Near has served over 92K of impressions in which 36k served this week.
The CTR for the postcode targeting sits at a healthy 0.77% compared to the competitor campaign which is at 0.67%.
Albeit Near failed to convert, it does boast a user session at 9 mins 39 secs showing a high level of engagement.
